This journal aims to photograph the enforcement of ASN neutrality, as well as explore preventive strategies in preventing violations of ASN neutrality. The issue of ASN neutrality which is the focus of this journal does not only focus on the political aspect, but also tries to look at the aspect of public service and decision making.</p> <p>This journal is open to all academics and practitioners who focus on the issue of ASN neutrality. Journal management is carried out with a combination of the OJS (Online Journal Systems) system.
